      charge will be added, as of the first of the following month.

    3. DELIVERIES: We will not be responsible for any delays in delivery caused by factors beyond our control such as fires, accident, strikes, transportation delays, and similar contingencies.

    4. SALES TAX, ETC: Prices, terms and conditions quoted are subject to such change as may be warranted by any future federal and/or state taxes or by regulation through properly constituted authority. 

    5. RETURN OF GOODS: Returns may not be made without the prior written approval of Hart Technology, LLC. Returns made without such prior written approval will be held at the customerís expense. All goods so returned will, if accepted, be credited at the cost or prevailing price, whichever is lower at the time, less a handling and accounting charge of 15% and less all freight and cartage expense incurred. 

    6. SHORTAGE AND DAMAGE: Our shipments are delivered to a common carrier in good condition. Our responsibility therefore ceases after the shipment is receipted for by the carrier. When damaged deliveries or shortages occur, it is required that the delivering carrier verify the damage or loss on the delivery receipt. The customer should then file a loss or damage claim. Claims for losses and/or damages should be filed within a two-week period. It is recommended that inspection for damage, concealed or otherwise, be made upon delivery. All claims of loss or damage must be filed with the carrier. We will not honor debits or claims for lost or damaged goods. No claim will be honored unless made within 10 days after receipt of material. UPS Regulations require the original shipping carton to be retained for inspection when a claim is made for damage or shortages. Without the carton no claim will be honored.

    7. LIMITED WARRANTY: Hart Technology, LLC, 70 Suncrest Court, Torrington, Connecticut 06790 warrants that in the event any product is defective due to defective material or workmanship that it will for a period of one (1) year from date of sale by Hart Technology, LLC, replace said item at its cost and expense. Hart Technology, LLC, shall not be responsible for any labor incurred in connection with the removing of said part or its reinstallation. In order to avail itself of this warranty, customer must return said part, prepaid, to Hart Technology, LLC, 70 Suncrest Court, Torrington, Connecticut 06790. Within two (2) weeks from receipt, articles which prove defective will be redelivered free. In the event Hart Technology, LLC, is unable to redeliver said part, it will refund the purchase price paid Hart Technology, LLC. Hart Technology, LLC, shall not be responsible for any consequential damages for breach of any written or implied warranty.
